From age 16 plus our Adult classes offer you the opportunity to find the best of yourself. Building physical and mental strength, confidence and self worth. It is all about you as an individual with a structured personal training pathway. There is no age limit the benefits of Karate are there for all ages.

Our sense of Family is an important one and we have classe that allow parents and children to train together. This has been such a huge success and a very popular class . Allowing families to create great bonds and shared experiences. FIND OUT MORE
We have dedicated Squad training and a well established and successful Competition Team. We have won many medals Regionally and Nationally. Plus a WUKF World Champion in 2023. Competition training develops key mental and physical skills and a positive mindset. We also have students training and competing with AKA GB National Squad.
